       李琦，北京市人，香港中文大学（深圳）经管学院管理学助理教授，康奈尔大学商学院组织管理系博士，曾毕业于哈佛大学肯尼迪学院公共管理专业。研究方向是企业社会责任，可持续商业和商业模式创新。

       在2015-2020年期间李琦博士学术著作曾发表在哈佛商学院案例库，斯坦福社会创新杂志和美国管理学顶级期刊。在国际管理学界年会上多次受邀发表学术演讲，以及获得中国国际管理学（IACMR）最佳评审人奖和最佳博士论文奖项，国家留学基金委颁发的优秀自费留学生奖项。

       2013-2015年李琦博士曾在哈佛肯尼迪学院艾什中心担任院长 Anthony Saich教授的助理研究员，与哈佛商学院战略管理学教授Chris Marquis合作撰写并发表三篇哈佛商学院教学案例；她曾在在美国众议院国会议员赵美心办公室实习，主要负责美国亚裔青年领导力培训，在中国国务院发展研究中心宏观经济办公室作为助理研究员，以及在国家开发银行国际合作局实习。

       李琦博士曾担任哈佛大学肯尼迪学院学生学者联合会主席，组织多场学术交流活动，其中有哈佛中国之夜，哈佛中国之旅和哈佛中国论坛受到国内外主流媒体的报道和赞扬。李琦博士曾经主持哈佛大学常春藤春节晚会，并带领哈佛本科生表演文艺节目。李琦博士同时是畅销书《在哈佛遇见更好的自己》作者。
