Dr. Rongrong Zhang earned B.A. and M.A. from Renmin University of China. In 2021, she completed her Ph.D. in Strategic Management and Organization from Alberta School of Business in Canada. Her research broadly addresses social evaluations of firms (e.g., reputation, legitimacy, and stigma), and how social evaluations interact with emotions to effectuate social change.
