- Each student may choose to apply to only one of the programs in the same batch that is open for application. In the event of non-admission or withdrawal of nomination, the student may reapply for subsequent batches of programs.
- Internal nomination does not mean automatic admission to the Host Institution. The final decision shall be made by the Admissions Office or the relevant Program Director.
- Students should apply only after they fully understand the program, and to apply and/or withdraw carefully. Students may drop out until the nomination has officially been made to the host institution. Students who decide to withdraw must apply to the program coordinator as early as possible.
- Once admitted, students shall not decline the offer.
